Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of CineNest (cinenest.live), run by PlusOneDevelopers (“we”, “us”). By using CineNest you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

1. The service

CineNest lets people watch videos together in sync, chat, react and call each other. It is free and needs no account. We may add, change or remove features, or pause the service, at any time.

2. Your videos and your responsibility

CineNest does not host, upload or store videos. You choose what to play, and it is played from your own device, from your friends’ devices, or from a link you provide. You are responsible for having the right to watch and share it with the people in your room. Don’t use CineNest to infringe copyright or for public or paid screenings.

3. Acceptable use

Please don’t use CineNest to:

• share content that is illegal, or that sexualises or harms children;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or spread hate against anyone;
• send spam or malware, or try to break into other people’s rooms or devices;
• attack, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits.

4. Rooms are shared by link

Anyone with a room’s link can see who is in it, what’s playing, and join. Only share the link with people you want there, and start a new room if a link has spread further than you meant.

5. Reporting abuse or copyright infringement

If you think CineNest is being used to infringe your rights or to cause harm, email feedback@cinenest.live with the room link and the details. We will review every report and act where we can.

6. No warranty

CineNest is provided “as is” and “as available”. Playback, sync and connections depend on your devices, browsers and networks, and we can’t promise the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PlusOneDevelopers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of CineNest.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and continuing to use CineNest means you accept the updated terms.
